TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Key points to note as the welfare of our Alpacas & Unicorns s paramount.

• All experiences are by appointment only and can be booked via the website.

• Strictly no children under the age of 5 are allowed on the farm experiences.

• You must be 10+ to walk an Alpaca or Unicorn of your own.

• Children are classified as under 16 years of age.

• If you are between 5-15 years of age, then you must share an Alpaca or Unicorn with a responsible adult (16+).

• Sorry we cannot accommodate spectators or dogs for your experience.

• A maximum of 2 people per Alpaca or Unicorn.

• Our farm is on uneven terrain so sensible footwear is a must (wellies in the winter, walking boots or trainers in summer)

• In extreme wet and windy weather, Park Hill Farm may cancel the Experiences if it is unsafe. If this is the case, then a full refund will be granted.

• Once booked you may rearrange or cancel your visit up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience date. After this time, no cancellations or refunds are accepted. 

• Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within one year of purchase unless by mutual agreement.

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time for the H&S briefing. Unfortunately, if you miss this you cannot take part in the walk and will not be granted a refund.
