What to Expect
It's a picnic, but with alpacas! Yup, you heard right! A unique 90 minutes to get close and personal with the Alpaca's followed, by a delicious picnic basket with some fizz! - a perfect way to spend time in the company of these amazing animals. We guarantee you will fall in love with this unique memorable experience and leave with a big smile on your face. Please call 07759 922135 if you would like a private party.
Cancellation Policy
Please note the following: • We operate a 72-hour (3 working days) cancellation and rescheduling policy. After this time, no cancellations or refunds are accepted. • The weather is out of our control so should you/us decide to cancel due to bad weather, we are happy to reschedule your booking or alternatively offer a gift voucher valid for 12 months. We do not offer refunds due to poor weather. • Please arrive 15 minutes before your adventure starts. All experiences start on time, so our animals are not kept waiting. We will be unable to reschedule or refund your experience after this point. • After parking in our field, only pre-paid booked guests have access to wander over. We are not open to the public and cannot accommodate spectators. Should you wish to join in the experience you may as a paid extra guest.
