Things to take note

Dogs are not allowed to come, unfortunately, as much as we all love dogs, Alpacas and Unicorns don’t, and we want to make sure they are having as much fun as you!

​

• Unfortunately this Alpaca & Unicorn experience is not suitable for children under the age of 5 or wheelchair users.

• Once booked you may rearrange or cancel your visit up to 48 hours before your scheduled walk date. After this time, no cancellations or refunds are accepted. 

• You must be 10+ to walk your own Alpaca.

• A maximum of 2 people per Alpaca. Any extra persons wishing to join the experience (no alpaca) will be charged £15.

• Walking an alpaca allows you to walk YOUR VERY OWN ALPACA for the entirety of the walk.

• Accompanying a walker entitles you to walk alongside an alpaca walker but not to walk an alpaca yourself.

• Our farm is on uneven terrain so sensible footwear is a must (wellies in the Winter, walking boots or trainers in summer) 

• In extreme wet and windy weather, Park Hill Farm may cancel the walk if it is unsafe. If this is the case then a full refund will be granted.

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time for the H&S briefing. Unfortunately, if you miss this you cannot take part in the walk and will not be granted a refund.
